Do I need a form submission before mapping fields?

No. CMS Max exposes placeholders for the form schema, but a representative test submission is still recommended because it supplies realistic values and edge cases.

What happens to checkbox fields?

Checkbox fields arrive as lists of selected options, including an empty list when nothing is selected. Choose a sheet representation that remains useful for filtering and reporting.

Can password fields be sent to the sheet?
