1. Tools >> Fraud Detection Suite >>Transaction IP Velocity Filter
   All 2 transactions from the same IP address per hour
   
   
    
2. Tools >> Fraud Detection Suite >> Enhanced AVS Handling Filter
   Select Decline in all options in the General AVS Responses table.
   Select Decline in the 1st row of the Address and ZIP Code Responses table.
