If you're a business owner looking to accept a request your web/marketing company said they sent you but you have now idea where to go, follow the steps below to let your agency have access to your Facebook business page.
Step 1: Go to your Facebook settings which is found on your facebook business page, then page roles.
Step 2: Browse to the section called Pending Partner Requests and click on the button called Respond to Request
Step 3: In the next popup window you can either approve or deny the request
