This CMS Max starter template includes common payer, invoice, notes, and payment fields for an online bill-payment workflow.
Prepare the workflow
- 01Confirm the approved payment provider. The compatible provider and account must be configured for the site before testing.
- 02Import the starter schema. Copy the template below into the form import action.
- 03Review field and payment settings. Confirm amount behavior, required fields, notifications, receipts, and post-submit action.
- 04Define reconciliation. Decide how submissions map to invoices, customers, refunds, and accounting records.
- 05Test without collecting card data in ordinary text fields. Use only the platform payment field and provider flow for payment credentials.
