Klaviyo

Integrate Klaviyo marketing automation for personalized email and SMS campaigns

Overview

The Klaviyo plugin connects your CMS Max site to Klaviyo, an eCommerce marketing platform focused on personalized email and SMS campaigns. Once configured, Klaviyo can track visitor behavior on your site to power targeted marketing automations.

Setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Plugins
  2. Find Klaviyo and click to open the settings page
  3. Click Save and Install

Entering Your Credentials

  1. Log in to your Klaviyo account
  2. Copy your Public API Key (also called your Site ID) from the Klaviyo account settings
  3. Paste it into the Public API Key field
  4. Paste the Klaviyo tracking script into the Content field
  5. Click Save

Field Description
Public API Key Your Klaviyo public API key (Site ID), found in your Klaviyo account settings
Content The Klaviyo tracking script code to embed on your website

The tracking script is provided by Klaviyo and enables visitor tracking, event capture, and on-site forms. You can find this script in your Klaviyo account under the setup or integration instructions.
