UserWay

Accessibility widget that helps your website meet ADA compliance standards.

Overview

The UserWay plugin adds an accessibility widget to your website that automatically identifies and addresses accessibility issues. The widget gives your visitors tools to adjust the site to their needs, including text sizing, contrast adjustments, cursor enhancements, and more. The widget script is not loaded after a visitor rejects optional cookies.

UserWay is included as part of the CMS Max platform at no additional cost.

Installing the Plugin

  1. Go to Settings > Plugins in your admin panel
  2. Find UserWay and open the settings page
  3. Click Save and Install

Installing UserWay automatically enables the cookie policy banner for the tenant. Review Settings > Site Configuration > Cookie Settings after install to confirm the banner copy and privacy-page link are correct for the site.

No additional configuration is required. The accessibility widget appears on your site automatically once the plugin is installed.

Customization

UserWay is part of the core CMS Max platform. If you need to modify or customize the widget's appearance or behavior, contact the CMS Max support team.
