Email Plugin Exclusivity

Only one email delivery plugin can be active at a time. If another email plugin (such as Mailgun or SMTP) is currently active, you must deactivate it before activating Postmark.

Troubleshooting

Emails are not being delivered

  • Confirm the Postmark plugin is installed and active in Settings > Plugins
  • Verify your API token is correct by checking it in your Postmark dashboard
  • Check that your sender signature or domain is verified in Postmark
  • Ensure no other email plugin is active at the same time
