Careers
Post job openings and manage employment applications directly from your CMS admin panel.
Overview
The Careers plugin lets you create and manage job postings on your website and collect employment applications — all from your admin panel. It is designed to handle everything from single-location businesses to organizations with thousands of locations, and supports a variety of employment types.
Getting Started
Access the Careers section by clicking Jobs in the left menu of your admin panel. The section is divided into two areas: Locations and Job Openings.

Managing Locations
Before creating job postings, add the locations where positions are available. Locations are managed separately so you can reuse them across multiple job postings without re-entering address details each time.
- Go to Jobs > Locations
- Click New Location and enter the location details
- Save — the location is now available to assign to job postings
Creating a Job Posting
- Go to Jobs > Job Openings
- Click New Job Opening
- Fill in the posting details:
- Position title — the job title as it will appear on your website
- Summary — a brief overview of the role
- Description — a full description of the position and responsibilities
- Location — select from your saved locations
- Employment type — designate as full-time, part-time, and/or per diem (you can select more than one)
- Application form — assign a career application form for candidates to complete
- To publish the posting immediately, ensure it is marked as active
- Click Save

Drafting a Posting for Later
If you want to create a job posting but are not ready to publish it yet, save it without marking the hours fields — this keeps it in draft status and off your public website until you are ready.
Taking a Posting Offline
Rather than deleting a job posting, you can unpost it. This removes it from your website while keeping all the details saved, so you can repost it in the future without starting over.
Filtering and Sorting Postings
Your admin list of job openings can be filtered by location, employment type, and job title, making it easy to find specific postings when you have a large number of positions.
SEO Settings
Each job posting automatically generates a browser title and URL. You can customize both if needed to match your preferred naming or search-engine strategy.
